Whether it is an injured child, a worker, accident victim or victim of medical malpractice, Steven Lubar’s professional career and personal life has focused on defending and fighting for those in need of an advocate. Steven grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he met his law partner, Chad Lanning. They learned they both shared a passion for upholding and pursuing justice.
Steve has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for workers and injured individuals. He solely represents employees and victims of personal injuries. He never represents insurance companies. Another focus of his practice involves representing workers who have not received the overtime compensation to which they are legally entitled.
In addition to his pro bono legal work Steven has been deeply involved in his community. He has coached little league for numerous years, served on charitable boards, volunteers in public schools, and was a Big Brother and Big Sisters for over 12 years.
